Private beta

Sensitiv is invite-only beta software, provided as-is. Features will change, sometimes break, and beta data may be reset before public launch. We'll warn you before anything destructive, but please treat the beta as a work in progress.

Who can use Sensitiv

You must be 18 or older, keep one account, and keep your profile honest. Your name, age, and lifestyle-fit answers are what other people use to decide whether meeting you is safe and worth their evening.

Be decent

Matching on lifestyle fit only works in a community that takes it seriously. Don't:

• harass, threaten, or deceive other members, on or off the app;
• impersonate someone else or misrepresent your dietary needs to gain matches;
• dismiss or test someone's boundaries. A hard no is a hard no.

We can suspend or remove accounts that break this, at our discretion.

Safety, food, and health

We verify meets and vet venues, but we can't guarantee people or kitchens. Meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and trust your instincts. We don't run background checks on members.

Venue information is not medical advice. Gluten-free labels and prep notes come from venue staff and the community; menus and kitchens change. If you have celiac disease or a serious sensitivity, always confirm directly with the venue before you eat. Sensitiv can lower the odds of a bad night. It cannot eliminate cross-contamination risk.

Your content

Your profile, photos, and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them inside Sensitiv so the product can work (matching, plans, chat) and nothing beyond that.

No warranties; limits on liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensitiv isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the service, including what happens on dates or at venues. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. When they change we'll update this page and the date above, and email beta members about meaningful changes. Questions: hello@sensitiv.app.
