Privacy Policy

Sensitiv is in private beta. This policy covers the public waitlist and the beta app, in plain language. It will grow more formal before public launch, but the promises in it won't shrink.
The short version
We collect what we need to match you well and get you to a real first date, and nothing more. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use third-party tracking.
What we collect
Waitlist: your email address and which part of the site you signed up from. That's it.
Beta accounts: your email, first name, age, city, bio, interests, and your lifestyle-fit answers (kitchen rules, dining boundaries, partner preferences), plus your plan and meet activity: proposed dates, verified meets, and cancellations, which feed your reliability score.
Your session lives in your own browser's storage, not in a tracking cookie. We don't collect your precise location; venues are looked up from the city you choose.
How we use it
- Waitlist emails are used only to tell you about access and launch in your city.
- Lifestyle-fit answers exist to be shared. They're shown to potential matches so nobody has to re-explain the shared-fryer thing on a first date.
- Meet history builds your reliability label. Flaking is visible; chatting is not.
- Your email address is never shown to other members.
Where it lives
Sensitiv runs on Vercel (app hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf to run the service, and none of them may use it for anything else.
Your choices
Email hello@sensitiv.app to see what we have about you, to come off the waitlist, or to delete your account and data entirely. During the beta we handle these by hand and quickly.
Age
Sensitiv is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist or the beta.
Changes
When this policy changes we'll update this page and the date above. If a change meaningfully affects beta members, we'll email you before it takes effect.
